Schedule a Lifestyle Medicine Consultation. We start with an InBody composition analysis. We review your medical history and determine where changes will impact your healthy the most. We begin to implement evidence based approaches to help treat and reverse your chronic diseases and improve your health. The visit is 75 minutes and your plan is completely individualized. Advice is practical and geared to help you make lasting change.

MAINTAINENCE
Lasting change can take 3-6 months of effort to establish new habits and eating patterns. Sign up for a 3 or 6 visit program to stay on track and make continuous improvements. Long term change in lifelong patterns is gradual. I would recommend a follow up visit 1 time per month for 3-6 months.
