Dr. Robinson discusses how lifestyle medicine can be used to treat and reverse chronic medical conditions like hypertension, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and obesity. She will discuss the 6 pillars of lifestyle medicine and offer practical changes you can implement immediately. She will touch on behavior change and fasting mimicking diets. The class will last approximately 60 minutes.

Spend an hour learning about a diet pattern powerful enough that it can reverse heart disease and early cognitive impairment. A whole food plant based eating pattern can be intimidating. We will review some easy ways to implement a more plant forward diet focusing on what to add to your diet and less on what not to eat. You will leave with some helpful resources. There will be giveaways to aid in your plant forward journey.
