LIfestyle Medicine Solutions does not accept insurance. It is a consultative practice that accepts payment at the time of service. It is designed to allow adequate time each visit to support your Lifestyle changes.

Your labs can be ordered under your insurance plan.

You will continue care with your regular primary care physician. I will not be providing on call services other than through email communication. I am a Family Practice physician but my scope at LMS is limited to Lifestyle change. All prescriptions and acute care continue with your primary care physician. Although I rent space through Burke Primary Care and you will enter their building, you will not be considered a patient at Burke Primary Care.

Check with your individual health plan or employer for specifics. Lifestyle medicine consults appear to be covered under the “Holistic Medicine” section. Body composition is also covered if it is part of a weight loss program.
